• What if my Cartridge box is expired?

  Cartridges are stable until the expiration date printed on their packaging.  Once past the expiration date, Cartridges should not be used. 

• Why is the Cartridge being ejected?

  Reasons the Cartridge is being ejected include: If the wrong Cartridge for the test is used (wrong serial number or test type) Cartridge box is expired Cartridge was previously used

• What if the Cartridge package won't scan?

  If the Cartridge package won't scan you can manually input the Cartridge serial, reference, and lot numbers into the Handheld.

• How do I get the Cartridge out of the Analyzer?

  After the test is complete, the Cartridge will automatically be ejected from the Analyzer.  Do not attempt to place your fingers into the Cartridge slot of the Analyzer in order to manually eject the Cartridge. 

• What if the Cartridge gets stuck in the Analyzer?

  Power cycling (turning the Analyzer off, waiting 5-10s, then turning it on again) will eject the Cartridge once the Analyzer reboots. Upon turning the Analyzer on again, it will take about 30-60s for the Analyzer to boot and the Cartridge to eject.
