• How do I get the Cartridge out of the Analyzer?

  After the test is complete, the Cartridge will automatically be ejected from the Analyzer.  Do not attempt to place your fingers into the Cartridge slot of the Analyzer in order to manually eject the Cartridge. 

• An error has occurred with the Cartridge Sensors in the Analyzer. Please contact your POCT:

  This error typically cannot be recovered from. Power cycle the Analyzer (Power off the Analyzer, wait 10 seconds, and power it on again). Attempt new test with new Cartridge. Iff error still occurs, Analyzer should be returned to NanoDx™. 

• Do I need to put the Cartridge in the Handheld when transporting to the Analyzer?

  No, the Cartridge does not need to be placed in the Handheld when being transported to the Analyzer.  However, it is recommended for ease of transport. 

• What happens if I use the wrong Cartridge for the test?

  The Analyzer will eject the Cartridge. You should re-run the test using the correct Cartridge that corresponds with the test being run. 

• No SD card present in Analyzer. Please contact your POCT
