• Why is the Cartridge being ejected?

  Reasons the Cartridge is being ejected include: If the wrong Cartridge for the test is used (wrong serial number or test type) Cartridge box is expired Cartridge was previously used

• How do I know if the Cartridges are expired?

  The Cartridge expiration date is located on its packaging. 

• What if the Cartridge package won't scan?

  If the Cartridge package won't scan you can manually input the Cartridge serial, reference, and lot numbers into the Handheld.

• How do I get the Cartridge out of the Analyzer?

  After the test is complete, the Cartridge will automatically be ejected from the Analyzer.  Do not attempt to place your fingers into the Cartridge slot of the Analyzer in order to manually eject the Cartridge. 

• What should I do if the Cartridge packaging is damaged or contaminated?

  If the Cartridge packaging is damaged or contaminated then do not use the Cartridge. Use a new Cartridge.
