Connection to Analyzer timed out
This indicates the Handheld did not connect to the Analyzer within 10 seconds or the Handheld was undocked immediately upon docking.
- Power cycle the Analyzer (Power off the Analyzer, wait 10 seconds, and power it on again.)
- If this error keeps occurring, both the Analyzer and Handheld should be returned to NanoDx™

What if the Cartridge gets stuck in the Analyzer?
Power cycling (turning the Analyzer off, waiting 5-10s, then turning it on again) will eject the Cartridge once the Analyzer reboots. Upon turning the Analyzer on again, it will take about 30-60s for the Analyzer to boot and the Cartridge to eject.
How do I get the Cartridge out of the Analyzer?
After the test is complete, the Cartridge will automatically be ejected from the Analyzer. Do not attempt to place your fingers into the Cartridge slot of the Analyzer in order to manually eject the Cartridge.
Does the Analyzer need to be plugged into an outlet?
In order to turn the Analyzer on, it must be plugged in using the external power supply.

Shift the power switch on the back of the Analyzer to turn the system on. When the Analyzer is receiving power, a light above the power switch illuminates green. Additionally, ensure that the Analyzer is plugged in using the external power supply.
