• What if the patient ID won't scan?

  If the patient ID won't scan, you can manually input it into the Handheld. 

• Where do I get my user ID?/ How do I know what my user ID is?

  Your user ID will be given to you by your hospital administrator. 

• Where are patient test results dispayed?

  Patient results are displayed on the Handheld after the test is completed. You can find patient results on the "Results" screen on the home screen of the Handheld. Patient test results are also available in the NanoDx™ Customer Portal.

  If your user ID won't scan, you can manually input it into the Handheld. 

• Do I need to clean the system in between patient tests?

  Yes, you must clean both the Handheld and the Analyzer between patient tests and after positive and negative external control testing.
