• What if my user ID won't scan?

  If your user ID won't scan, you can manually input it into the Handheld.

  The patient ID will be consistent with their hospital identification.

• How do I scan (ID/package)?

  Using the camera of the Handheld, position the camera over the barcode.  If the barcode is glossy, the Handheld may need to be held at an angle to successfully scan. 

• How do I get the Cartridge out of the Analyzer?

  After the test is complete, the Cartridge will automatically be ejected from the Analyzer.  Do not attempt to place your fingers into the Cartridge slot of the Analyzer in order to manually eject the Cartridge.
