Why did my Liquid Control test fail?

First, ensure that you chose the positive control first.
If you did choose the positive control first, the ensure that you dispensed approximately 75 microliters of the positive control liquid into the Cartridge using the provided Specimen Transfer Device.
Lastly, ensure that you did not lift the Handheld until the test was complete.

After you press the "START TEST" button on the Handheld, you must wait over 60 seconds to allow the Analyzer to prepare for the test. When prompted, insert the ETC into the Analyzer. Be sure not to lift the Handheld until the test is completed.
What if you fail QC testing two times in a row?
Two failed Liquid QC on the same control (positive/negative) locks the Handheld from performing patient tests. Four failed Electronic QC tests (two in a row per ETC) will lock the system from performing patient tests.
How do I print test results?
Press the print icon button on any QC or Patient Test Result screen. If a printer has been configured the printer should start to print the test results within 60s.
