• An error has occurred with the Analog-Digital Chip in the Analyzer. Please contact your POCT

  This error may occur occasionally and is not generally a cause for concern.

• A thread-related error has occurred in the Analyzer. Please contact your POCT:

  This is an occasional firmware error. Power cycle the Analyzer (Power off the Analyzer, wait 10 seconds, and power it on again). Attempt new test with new Cartridge. If error still occurs, Analyzer should be returned to NanoDx™. 

• A PWG calibration error has occurred in the Analyzer. Please contact your POCT:

  This typically indicates a sensor error.  Power cycle the Analyzer (Power off the Analyzer, wait 10 seconds, and power it on again). Attempt new test with new Cartridge. If error still occurs, Analyzer should be returned to NanoDx™. 

• An error has occurred with the Cartridge Sensors in the Analyzer. Please contact your POCT:

  This error typically cannot be recovered from. Power cycle the Analyzer (Power off the Analyzer, wait 10 seconds, and power it on again). Attempt new test with new Cartridge. Iff error still occurs, Analyzer should be returned to NanoDx™.
