This error may occur occasionally and is not generally a cause for concern.
- Power cycle the Analyzer (Power off the Analyzer, wait 10 seconds, and power it on again.)
- Attempt new test with new Cartridge
- If repeated occurrence during testing happens, both the Analyzer and the Handheld should be returned to NanoDx™ for further inspection.
