Typically indicates a potential issue with the firmware. 
  1. Power cycle the Analyzer (Power off the Analyzer, wait 10 seconds, and power it on again).
  2. Attempt new test with new Cartridge.
  3. If error still occurs, Analyzer should be returned to NanoDx™.
